These terms cover this website only
Each product we publish has its own terms of service, linked from within that product. For example, SchoolLunch's terms are at lunch.school/terms — they cover accounts, ordering, payments, and refunds for that product. When a product's terms and this page differ, the product's terms govern your use of that product.

- Don't abuse it: no scraping at disruptive volume, no attempting to break or circumvent the service, no illegal use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Long Tail Software LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of longtailsoftware.com is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim (or $10 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
